Since 1919, this corner of East Valley Road has been where Montecito brings the cars that matter to them. Long before "restoration" was a buzzword, this was a working speed shop — the kind of place where local drivers came not just for repairs, but to make their cars faster, better, and truly their own. That spirit is baked into the walls.

What set this shop apart from the beginning was the machine work. Behind the service bays sat real capability — boring bars, honing equipment, mills, and lathes — the tools that let a shop build an engine from the inside out, not just bolt on parts. That's a rarer thing than it used to be. Most shops today can service a car; fewer can still machine one.
